  • According to the research, Gen Z loves receiving letters, but isn’t used to sending them. To challenge this, Canada Post will appeal to Gen Z’s nostalgia for traditional communication, leveraging their digital fatigue and desire for authentic connections - BY MAKING IT OFFICIAL.
